When mom was diagnosed with MS, everyone was amazed that my dad stuck around. So many women at the support group were divorced or with a checked out husband.

Yep, I had been reading up on the SAVE Act, because mom changed her last name with marriage, so she would potentially not be able to vote again. Dad has passed away, so no divorce to be able to revert to her maiden name. Then this article popped up from your feed.
