Finding your kitchen comfort zone helps too. Figure out what type of cooking suits you whether it's baking, stovetop cooking, no bakes etc. and stick with it until you're satisfied with the progress then try moving on to the other type of cooking.

If you're seeing progress in your skill even if small that's a massive plus. And yeah it's definitely harder to cook In front of and for other people and the anxiety is definitely real. It's best to get in your zone, find your flow, and try your hardest to find out the world.

It's all about getting used to being in the kitchen that way you can get all the experience you can from it. I love to cook and I've been doing it since I was five.

Messing up is all a part of the experience. Sometimes messing up leads to new recipes kind of like how potato chips were made and other times it can lead to your entire kitchen going up in flames. Keep trying and eventually you'll get to a point where not even hot oil hitting your skin shakes you.

Plus eating fuck is prove to ease stress levels a bit and lessen pain from sudden injuries like stunned toes or bumped elbows. So it's literally a painkiller and a stress reliever in the form of a word.

Fuck is the most versatile word in the English language at least I think it is, it can literally be used for near anything from insults to compliment to action and more. I'm less likely to use it as an insult but more likely to use it as a verb if you get what I'm saying 😏🤣
