Israel could end the starvation and unnecessary medical deaths tomorrow too. The people trapped in Gaza have no way out. They are not free to leave. They cannot control Hamas. This is simply cruelty, and as my OP pointed out it is turning world opinion against Israel. Which is what Hamas wants.

Israel should not stoop to the level of Hamas, it should not respond to the evil of Hamas with more evil that is directed at all of the people trapped in Gaza. By doing so Israel is helping Hamas.
