I was a Shakespeare guy. Trained in Stanislavski, Straussberg, all that. Wound up in an "improvised Twilight Zone" show with some fantastic improvers and some of the best, funniest people I've ever worked with. Invaluable experience. To have so little, a tummy full of butterflies, and just GO.

In my opinion, lighting is important. Even though we're voice actors, presenting ourselves in a well-lit manner for work contexts - remote sessions, workshops, meetings, streaming, content creation, etc - is always going to be a good thing. Key light, Side light, and Backlight. Make it happen. 😤❤️
