Definitely giving me a lot of food for thoughts! Out of curiosity have you looked into whether your B16 produce CD206 ligands? Whether the mannose receptor is only a « marker » or it has a direct role in Mac differentiation/anti-inflammatory activity has always been puzzling to me.
