Today I found out that the title of the short story by PK Dick, "The Eyes Have It" comes from the phrase 'the ayes have it', which is used in senatorial debates. 20 years later, I only know this now. note: I'm not American, maybe this was pretty obvious for most of you. Languages are fascinating.
