This requires context: The NTSB, while highly influential, is not a big agency & has a small comms team. Long history of the board using Twitter (now X) for its comms that predate the 2nd Trump Admin. and Musk's ownership. Enormous media attention here, low resources. X changed, the NTSB didn't.
