I think a lot of people are disappointed that he killed the carbon tax. The noise from a few - PP's bots - made it seem like this would be a popular move. We'll see. A lot of people defended this in the midst of all that r/w screaming. I don't think they'll be impressed.

He’s your President, he’s your problem. The rest of the world doesn’t have to pretend he’s some clever negotiator; we see him for the vain and vengeful old man he is. The Emperor has no clothes, and we aren’t having it in Canada.

I remember that early in his Prime Ministership, Trudeau was spending lots of time with Macron, Rutte (Dutch) and other European leaders. Those 3 in particular, though, seemed to be one of a kind; and I think one of the results of that are showing up in our harbour.
