He nails it.

Worst. Episode. EVER.

It’s not just Space X. Musk was able to save Tesla because of a loan from the Dept of Energy. Here he is in 2013 filled with gratitude for the federal agency & the taxpayers who saved his business. From reporting by @puck.news. airmail.news/issues/2025-...

WATCH: “You just said something that’s not true — that tens of millions of dead people are on that list… but the same report you cited said almost none of them have received Social security.” Trump’s Press Sec hides behind saying they “suspect” it, then runs away 🤔

Just look at these paragraphs from the AP story. Hegseth called Brown unqualified solely because he's Black. Then they fired him... and replaced him with a white guy so indisputably unqualified that he requires a Presidential waiver. This is what "merit" means to them. apnews.com/article/trum...

REMINDER: Cutting IRS spending is not a “cost-cutting” move. Cutting the IRS lowers revenue. It’s a move to protect the wealthy, like Elon Musk. Auditing the rich returns $12 for every $1 spent. www.nber.org/papers/w31376

This is a good time to remind everyone that this administration hasn't done anything for anyone. It has literally only taken away things we've already paid for and fired and sued people. Oh and the quid pro quo with Adams. That's the extent of what they have done. Kinda nuts.

A book suggestion for Donald and Elon and all the other broligarchs...

I will say again: The destruction of the CFPB—an agency that has brought in $20 billion over a little more than a decade despite having an annual budget that's less than what DOD has spent so far today—is the clearest sign none of this has anything to do with saving taxpayers money.

Fact check: nearly 70 percent of US money for Ukraine actually went to US defense industry to replenish the stocks of OLD stuff that went to Ukraine to use. Much of which we would have paid to destroy as their lifespan expired.

If I never hear another spectator yell "get in the hole" on the #PGA tour I will be a much happier person.

As a journalist who covers extremism at the local level, I think it’s a mistake to view Trump’s Napoleonic statement as solely about presidential power. Consider if it’s interpreted as a wink and a nod for any extremist to act outside the law to “save” the country as they see fit

Mike Pence just reposted an old article he wrote about the limitations on the powers of a president. For some reason. Here is a part of it.

the single most un-american and anti-constitutional statement ever uttered by an american president

This looks like a cheap set of remote control toy cars.

This comment on r/fednews really stood out to me. Trump and Musk want people to think they're firing do-nothing "bureaucrats," but they're really getting rid of people dedicated to serving this country and keeping it operational. I hope these stories get told.

Billionaires became billionaires by exploiting people—not by caring about people. So when billionaires work to dismantle CFPB, USAID, NIH, CDC, & social welfare in general, it's because all they know how to do is exploit. That's who they are. Stop trusting them. Start taxing them out of existence.

If only this would show up on Fox News so MAGA sees it

The playbook is simple: Elon removing any agency looking into his companies. Trump doing petty stuff (straws), clearing the way for his hotels, sucking up to Russia, and bringing back white privilege. Together, they are removing any agencies tracking bribes, corruption, and consumer protection.

Holy shit this cartoon.

The coffee is so hot the first sip feeling is not a good one…
