This is such a great point because here we have the world’s richest man and the president of the United States and they’re both idiots, and there’s a cognitive dissonance where one can argue “they can’t be idiots, look what they’ve accomplished.” But yet still they are idiots

New technology is not always better. It's new and shiny, but has flaws that still need to be ironed out and often needs more resources. Speech-to-Text models are no different. Whisper is great with a powerful computer when speaking English. Home Assistant needs something that works for everyone.
