Junk call from crypto spammer - when i asked how he got my info (inc my name), he said from when i clicked an ad & filled out my details 😬 When I asked if he could delete my data, he said "Nooooo, I can't do that. Nooooo." He was really affronted. Can't help but feel justice has been done today.

Speaking of evil empires, recently tried to get back on Facebook bc needed to for work after deleting my acc. a while back. Deactivated for 'community standards' everytime. Tried from multiple different emails, the effect is the same... As far as I can tell from looking up peeps w similar issue...

This is a brilliant point around gen AI adoption - it brings novelty to tasks/overall jobs (?) people otherwise just bored of. Quite a departure from 'does jobs better' or 'saves time' - more a kind of digital office toy or Newton's cradle.
