We shouldn't be complacent about the status of feminist work in mainstream philosophy of science, especially not today. And it's not just censorship and bans. Cuts to academia all over the place threaten marginalised work and marginalised scholars.

One pretty obvious bias: we tend to notice male birds more, because they're flashier and easier to identify. So we end up with sexist science where males are overrepresented. www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/arti...

The paper is part of a special issue on research environments that we edited. The collection features philosophers of science looking into an important aspect of scientific practice, and some great case studies. link.springer.com/collections/...
