Once again reminding people that millions of people are on Medicaid though some don't realize they are because it is called different things in different states (in MN it's Medical Assistance). Regular reminder it is not Medicare, they are separate things. Millions rely on each.

These haven't been 'temporary' refugees in these camps. Many will have been multi-generational families who have been contained within these camps by the Israelis for decades. Who have to go through multiple checkpoints daily for everyday life. And now even that has been taken from them #Palestine
