This detox was a fun listen. Enjoyed the reflections on how your approaches to this style of play have evolved.

I've been meaning to pick up Electrum Archive! It definitely looks like it would fit here.

Mike is an absolute shining example of the kind of people who actively make the hobby better for everyone. From all the free materials he publishes, to his YouTube content, to his genuine endorsements of other content creators.

Great discussion. Really fun to hear y'all opine on mechanics and one-shots vs campaigns that you normally don't need to talk about after OSE campaign sessions.

Hi thank you! I am on the team for A Perfect Wife By Zedeck Siew, an urban horror game set in modern day Malaysia. www.kickstarter.com/projects/dav... we are raising funds with the zine to travel to Weird Hope Engines, an art show in the UK that's featuring our work!

I submitted a game kinda based on this concept to the 36 word rpg game jam. Mall maps are awesome! rpgquestboard.itch.io/megamallrats #36wordrpgjam

I think they're a very effective and low investment tool for a GM to show players a new system to gauge their interest. They can get a feel for how it plays without anyone needing to buy books initially.

Had the clip on mute. 100% heard the band leader in Tina's voice.

Your entire village has been turned to stone! Also someone in the party has throwing starts they can retrieve with their mind. And that's just from the first episode. Gold. Mine.

BBEG must build monuments topped with magical artifacts to summon a great evil that was banished long ago. BBEG's servents are infiltrating shapeshifters. Metal from meteors can reveal and banish them. That metal can be blessed or corrupted and is highly covered.

What is this remote island, seemingly made of solid sapphire and surrounded by great ocean piercing spikes of amethyst? What grudge does the yellow crane, one of the duelist's mounts, bear against the dream lord? #sidequestions

What does the message say about the Golden Assassin and their connection to the flesh parasites and a false diety? Why did the Metal Weaver send an amulet of boiling quicksilver with their messenger to give to the Horned King? #sidequestions

Why did the collector steal the alchemist's sentient statue of mycelic tendrils? How did the collector strike a deal with a frozen shadow to acquire a set of scrolls containing forgotten histories? #sidequestions

Who is the bone-cloaked figure haunting the marshes at night with the purple lantern? Why does the causeways's most ardent supporter have a plant-withering gaze and conceals strange robes? What is the secret of peculiar stained glass window the stonemasons carry to each job site? #sidequestions

I've been using it for a play-by-post OSE run of The Hole in the Oak. Had to tweak it a bit since PbP doesn't fit the "per session" concept very well so I award the XP and recalculate %s at logical breaks like trips to town or fixed # of dungeon turns. Loving it overall.
