Honestly, I thought it was all snake oil shite but it does sound miles better 😎

Holy crap! Well, you've got options!

A scan through your posts shows a *lot* of cool stuff. How big is your collection? I'm only just starting really as my wife acquired a few classics from her dad and that's started me off on a slippery slope.

And not a bad song later on the same album 😎

It's bugging me so much that I've emailed ARCAM 😆 The only two possibilities are that it's a bit of a dud like the ST5 reception, or they're holding back until the SA35 and SA40 are available and then we'll see reviews of the whole "product family", which seems to be how they're positioning them.

It was definitely a shift from the albums immediately prior and I agree, the ones after felt way off for me. I think I had Up and Reveal on CD but they've long since disappeared somewhere. Whichever one of those is "newest" was my last R.E.M. album.

Didn't you like New Adventures? It's definitely patchy but has some stand-out tracks on it like E-Bow, So Fast, So Numb, Electrolite.

It's great but for me it loses a bit of momentum towards the end. I don't think there's ever really a "best ever", but a "best for the moment". This one is the best for the current moment for me.

Cheers! I'm after the Unplugged Pearl Jam too but it looks like I'll have to order it online as I can't find it locally. Nirvana Unplugged is incredibly good and felt like a real curve ball even though we knew it'd be acoustic. Great selection of tracks.

Straight into action. I think I've owned this on pretty much every audio/visual format ever 🤦😂😎

I don't know if the tasters at Days have just had their palates removed or something, but fuck me it's an abomination of a drink. No redeeming qualities apart from the fact it does seem to flow down the drain fairly well.

I first noticed it when it became an obstructive bunch of pop-ups that I had zero intention of using. It's a terrible analogy but it's like going out for a coffee and having to pay for a cake that you hadn't ordered too.

But I've picked more flowers and started combat training, so the shitty locks can shove it.

I've never had a dental issue before and this pain is savage. It's like it radiates through the entire left side of my jaws and it's just unrelenting. Stupid mouth. I don't usually take painkillers but this is just next level stuff. Constant tears-in-the-eyes pain.

But this tooth won't have the last laugh. Getting the dentist to rip that motherfucking molar out ASAP and then I shall stamp on it. Absolute bastard of a tooth. Apparently it has a crack in it and that's due to me grinding my teeth. Feels like I should have been told about that before reaching 46.
