That is splendid! Some years ago, a Japanese dentist praised the roots of my molars. She even called in her assistants to look at them and I felt so proud. 😎

I’m in a revival tent with Huck Finn and James (not Jim).

Hmmmm, well, good for you. I think I can understand your stance. It’s hard to listen with neutrality, though, right? Esp. If there’s a flaw in the logic on the other side. 💦

That’s funny. I find very few adults who understand how much I adore toys. Buying them and playing with them, too. 😅 Especially rubber animals.

How’s this? My amazing lunch on Sunday: seasonal pasta special with oysters and okra. It was just the right amount of garlicky. 😋

I enjoy listening to Murakami Haruki’s novels and short stories in English on Audible. This morning I enjoyed “The Shinagawa Monkey” while doing dishes.

Hahahaaaa. I don’t do sushi or anime either. Why on earth am I in Japan, right? Well, I like the vegetables. But that’s another unpopular opinion! Burdock root and giant white radishes. 😍

Haha, I’ll share my unpopular opinion with you here: not a fan of ramen! 😎

That’s my kind of Thanksgiving dinner! 😍

Well…..I feel like every day is Small Business Day in my neighborhood. 😅 Today was Saturday for me in Asia, and I had lunch at a small local Italian restaurant. They’re not a chain and they work really hard to bring a different kind of cuisine to a stubbornly ramen-and-sushi neighborhood.

Oooooh! I don’t know why fruitcake has such a bad reputation—I love it! Just looking at this photo makes me crave some. Hope it turns out well!
