Let me be crystal clear about the Air India crash. This was a DOUBLE ENGINE FAILURE at block altitude 0-700ft. The question relies on what caused that dual engine failure. Was it a pilot error (best case scenario), or was it something far more serious that puts other dreamliners at risk.
