Lame. Show Trump shitting in his pants. Or, better yet, accepting bribes.

Actually, he's lying when he answered that he "doesn't know" whether he'll uphold the Constitution. He knows he'd ignore & violate it in any instance it interferes with his autocratic designs, his usurpation of Congressional authority, and his contempt for the rule of Law & an independent judiciary.

Or, that I am exercising my rights under the First (political speech), Fourth (unreasonable search & seizure) and Fifth (due process & privilege against self-incrimination) Amendments, to peacefully and respectfully object to your inherently unConstitutional demand.

Why is not one of the responses to say I have a deeply-held religious objection to complying with your demand?

That fact makes the absence of due process and an opportunity for Garcia to be heard even more egregious! Nor would I concede that Garcia "may" be a gang member. That accusation is apparently unsupported by any credible, admissible evidence, and therefore must be presumed to be untrue.

Respectfully, Garcia is not the only person who was deported from the United States to an El Salvador prison without due process. The salient issue wrt Garcia is he was deported in disregard & direct violation of an applicable, active Order specifically PROHIBITING his deportation to El Salvador.

Not only did Trump and his DOJ defy a unanimous Order of the Supreme Court, they lied publicly and to the Courts about their purported inability to comply with the Order.

What's the question? He did it, everyone knows he has abused his office for personal revenge, he's done that multiple times before, he doesn't care if it's illegal, he'll just say he was right & defame the person he's attacking. There's no point in questioning the actions of a psychopath like Trump.

Putin couldn't have wished for more in his wildest wet dream. Thank you, Agent Krasnov! Keep up the terrible work! How does he keep getting away with this? He should be in prison?

A retread w/ fake hair who we voted out of office by a landslide, who led this country into a total economic collapse, was impeached as many times as all our prior Presidents COMBINED, & should have been Constitutionally barred from ANY government position for his actions & inactions on Jan 6, 2021.

So, applying their same methods, when are they going to get around to removing Clarence Thomas as "DEI"?
comment in response to post
No, nor is it surprising that said adjudicated fraudster would falsely deny he violated it.

Moreover, this was likely a direct request from Putin and Orban to Trump, to silence Radio Free Europe so as to amplify Putin's propaganda and disinformation to Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Latvians, Lithuanians & Estonians, and deprive those people of truthful reporting.

That's a terrible abdication on Congressional authority.

Since they had the power to put him in office (presumably, by Elon falsifying the election results, & Bezos & Zuck doing what they could), they might reconsider based on his actual performance & results, & use their influence to have him removed, before he does more damage to their obscene net worth

"Ready" and "Aim" are not part of the modus operandi of the Trump Administration, even on a post hoc basis. "Deny," "Lie" and "Slander" are, however.

Tyranny & authoritarianism began, inarguably, in the United States on January 20, 2025. And the forces who voted for, support & installed him as POTUS could not have selected a more malevolent, destructive, dishonest, petulant, sociopathic person.

We lost the highest office in the world to a 78-yr old, 2X-impeached, demented, incontinent, lying criminal (many times over), a judicially adjudicated fraud & sexual assaulter whom Jeffrey Epstein asserted (on tape) was his "best friend" for 10 years, in the best economy & stock market of all time.

The vote of the People on November 5 was not a vote to absolve Trump & his associates of all civil & criminal liabilities. Further, it was certainly not a unanimous decision by the "jury" on November 5.

Sentencing on the verdict should be imposed now, but service of any jail time should be deferred. That would allow Trump to pursue an appeal. His existing criminal conviction is not final & appealable until sentencing; sentencing now affords Trump the right to appeal; no legitimate basis to defer it
