I think maybe I could try to bring back a classic - "fool."
"Anyone who ________s is a fool!" Or just "You fool!" It cuts right to the absurdity of our current affairs, and has a stately Gandalfness to it.

I know I've been living under a rock for literally 40 years, as the song was recorded just a few months before I was born. But, "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman, Live at Wembley. Not often I can listen to a song and have it resonate enough to make me cry the first time I hear it.
