Trump and Musk aren’t about “free” speech but “me” speech where they can say things but I can’t, they can lie and I can’t challenge them, they can say things about me, true or untrue, while they block what is said about them or misrepresent it - clearly been sold to the masses but I ain’t buying it

this isn’t about free speech, it’s about me speech - I can say things, you can’t - I can lie and you can’t challenge me - I can say things about you, true or untrue, while I can block what you say about me or misrepresent it without consequence - clearly been sold to the masses but I ain’t buying it

need more commentary about Musk’s apartheid South Africa origins - he left the country when it was ending using his mother’s passport to get to Canada, stayed in the US (allegedly) illegally … his racist, sexist, supremecist positions now revealed but unsurprising since he believes he’s untouchable

if a president can’t be sued in office because it would place an undue burden and cause the electorate to suffer, why can the president sue media outlets like the Des Moines newspaper - seems like the logic has to cut both ways - what say you?
