I knew Mike Rounds back when he was Govenor of SD, and I lived in Pierre, SD (state capital). It's a small town with 14,000 people.
He's not actually stupid enough to believe that programs for vulnerable kids won't get cut. It's willfull disregard for children!

You show light, love, and resilience. He shows how little he respects others, demeaning himself and deeply hurting the people closest to him.

In sports and other competitions. I think the government doesn't really have a role here. The sports league, association, etc. needs to make up their rules and people who participate and the fans need to work out how to address and potential inequity so that the competitors are well matched.

I'm glad. I like honest conversation. I'd truly prefer that public bathrooms are set up as individual stalls with real locks and privacy. We can wash our hands in shared space if needed. Everyone would be well served and safer. If someone chooses to harm another, a "ban" doesn't provide safety.

Your question is phrased as a "gotcha."
1) Assaults are always wrong.
2) Sports are games and competitions, not life or death.
Your sex or gender doesn't make you "good or bad," "safe or not safe." Your ethics, morals, and ability to see people as people is the basis for being good and safe.

The Republicans ran on a platform with the overarching message that "they" are mean to "us."
It's painful to hear her shred another person's humanity while supporting sexual predators as the new President and Atty General.

Sewing scrappy quilts. Actually using the fireplace in the evening. Trying to get into seasonal cooking. I love fall foods!
