MN passed the state budget bill in a special session overnight on Tues. It goes to Walz to sign. The bill does not anticipate steep cuts to Medicaid. If the Big Bummer Bill passes in its current form, MN will need another special session to adjust for hundreds of millions in Medicaid & SNAP cuts.
