All kinds of horse people are posting pictures of horse boobies waxing up or dripping milk. Don’t be shy. I’m sure Lily doesn’t give a hoot at this point. And I’m just shocked y’all can get your iPhones under the expectant and probably cranky moms-to-be to get the pictures without getting injured!

Trump’s actions are ludicrous and an affront to good people like you, George.

I’m 76 yo, doing well, thanks, but my goal is to live long enough to be able to vote for Pete Buttigieg for president…and for him to win.

I support all who are eating ice cream for supper on repeat. What else are we supposed to do these days? (Maybe work in a salad now and then. )

In my back yard, “zoom!” is a command to get my dog moving and working off pent up energy. I will NOT be changing that to “frap!”

My only plan for today is to go to the grocery store and buy ice cream to eat for/as supper, because everything is fucked.

If Donald Trump can override our elected officials’ control of the purse strings, we are effectively entering a period of taxation without representation.

I’ve been thinking this for a while. Thank you for putting it into words.

I’m actually OK with it. I like that I see products I never spotted before.
HOWEVER! The exception is when I have only 15 minutes to run into the store and pick up ONE ITEM and because of a reset, it takes me 15 minutes to figure out which aisle it’s on, let alone find the damn item.

I know. Counting is apparently more difficult for those people than it is for you and me. I think they need to explain to us where they see the ambiguity.

There are times when you should embrace becoming a vegetarian, even if only temporarily. When you see “haggis” on the menu is one of those times.
Change my mind.

I had two TNR cats as barn cats. I provided a clean litter box, clean, unfrozen water, and an All You Can Eat Kitty Buffet and they lived in the hay and kept the mice in check. Perfect!

Claudius was a TNR kitty, right? Failed the “R”? Good for you both!

I ate queso fresco for breakfast. And lunch. And supper. So, basically same.

So, I think I’ll stick with the ever popular “what goes around comes around.” Cause they all are in deep sneakers with that one.
But the fox is adorable.

It’s one of those phrases I come out with from time to time that make people think I’m weird. Not the only phrase! I can and do provide ample evidence of my weirdness.

Goodreads does an annual reading challenge. It’s online, which works for me. You choose your own goal. You have to reward yourself, which also works for me. I default to a goal of 52 books a year. One pandemic year I read 100. This year I’m 21 books into my goal of 52 at the end of February.

They are the very definition of shooting themselves in the foot. Trouble is, they shoot me in the foot, too, and my granddaughter, and my neighbors and their three daughters. Need I go on?

Yeah, didn’t mean to imply it was, there’s just that one name that tops MY list of “never want to hear that one again.”

I’d say it hasn’t always been this way, but I think the Indigenous peoples who’ve had to deal with Washington would disagree.

I wasn’t a kid, but I watched Red Dawn in a little theater not even a stone’s throw from Arapaho National Forest, and I’ll tell you that the audience did not think much of the ill-equipped freedom fighters chances of making it through the winter there.

I take your point. However, when I hear someone say “I’ll TRY” in that tone of voice that means not only are they NOT going to try, they’re going to ask me to bring them a cold beer, I like Yoda’s version better. That and a nice baseball bat.
