Community is powerful. Education is powerful. One individual can empower a community. This isn’t to say that it’s one person’s responsibility but, it is a call to action to ask yourself:
What am I doing for the people/cause(s) that are important to me?

I hate to get cheesy but we’re talking about the state of humanity right now. People are suffering everywhere and while it is nothing new, it’s imperative that we are addressing the issues in the ways that we can. We’ve got to be focused on educating, organizing and taking action.

The affects are rippling globally and rapidly. The moment people realize this isn’t just about America/Americans and start focusing on the wellbeing of all humans is what I’m looking forward to/hoping for. Being from such an individualistic nation, it’s easy to think it’s all about us.

So for everyone who voted because eggs were too expensive:
I hope you enjoy the 50¢ up-charge on eggs at Waffle House. 😒

Everything is unfolding the way history, research, and even anecdotal experiences suggested it would. The fears that folks within marginalized community(ies) and allies brought to the forefront during the last major election are proving to be valid, day in and day out.

Domestic pets aren’t wild animals.
And wild animals die prematurely due to pathogens.
Animals are dying because of wellness disinformation.
Stop listening to people who don’t know what they’re talking about.

And maybe I shouldn’t say I could do the job… I’m just trying to convey that I don’t think her age is necessarily the problem

Idk I’m 27 and while I would never want to, I think I could do this job. I have a communications (like her) and education background. I don’t think it’s so much her age but the rhetoric she spews and her dedication to the trump admin/trump that makes these encounters with the press so jarring.
