Apparently not doing tea today, but we harvested some leaves to use as a spice with chicken tonight. It kept looking like rain, so we headed in early.

PTSD sucks, but it's the natural response to your body/mind trying to process something really bad, to protect the self later. I've learned all I can about how to avoid the situation I went through, by reliving it. The only way past it is to acknowledge that, and move "forward" instead of back :/

If anyone wants the details of what happened with the dental drama, ask, and I'll link you. I don't really want to talk about it anymore though. There's a point where I have to stop, otherwise the flashbacks won't, and I won't be able to recalibrate my nervous system to heal until then.

I used to be big into charcoal, but I don't really have anywhere I could get away with the amount of mess that comes with it.

I had that life :/
They said I had ADD, forced me onto Ritalin. I know it's a godsend for some people, but it made me not feel like myself, and I got in trouble if I didn't take it. I was always trying to understand how to be at least close enough to the person my parents wanted. - It never worked.
