There are ways to demonstrate that God exists though. Im not smart enough to make those arguments myself, but there are others who have.
and also, you pointing this out doesn't make morality objective in a secular worldview.

Without a higher power, there is no objective basis on which to ground morality. Religion and morality are inseperable. Most western values came from christianity, which is no longer a dominant culture in the west.

That's an argument from silence, which is fallacious reasoning.
Additionally, the church did not truly start until after Jesus' ressurection.
I'm not too sure if that's the official teaching (I was reborn last summer.) But its the answer im best prepared to give.

That doesn't imply the kingdom is physical. Jesus is regining from God's throne, but as the end times has not yet come, every single member of the Church (Catholic, Orthodox, Lutheran, etc.) is a part of God's kingdom. Therefore, they are judged accordigly.
