… in 2020. You’re too uninformed to take seriously, I’m sorry.

Okay, going by your argument: I still expect any politician sworn-in to uphold democratic principles, which involves respecting the process of electing a party nominee in a fair election that hears The People’s voice and not just Delegates.

There was only a Republican primary. My goodness, get a clue.

No, I’m saying that to you. That’s unnecessary photo to share.

If you voted for Joe Biden in a primary that happened in 2020. We didn’t have one in 2024.

Are you saying the American people have to earn the respect of the president to be served in our best interest? … got it

They ran on a “democracy first” campaign and didn’t hold a democratic primary. They were put in a bad situation, but the voters who aren’t diehard moderate conservative democrats could see the hypocrisy. That’s reality and it could’ve been avoided if the people in power had more respect for us.

We can criticize ourselves and him. That’s how we move forward. We are not above scrutiny.

The more I learn and hear about the people behind the campaign the less I care they (we) lost. Pretty atrocious people who didn’t deserve a win. I’m glad they’re getting scrutinized with a fine tooth comb under a microscope now.

Same lol. I’d be so embarrassed I’d drive out of state. Not gonna catch me asking them to open the case and watching me sniff different deodorants.

lost someone or been addicted. It’s maybe the worst issue in rural Pa. So many grandparents are raising their grandchildren because of addicts or OD’s. There’s just so much happening in rural areas that are bad and mostly stem from money issues that create a lack of desire to thrive. It’s sad.

Also, it matters to organize, but it’s naturally hard to organize in areas like this because there’s such little trust in politicians making real change. This area is poor. People live humble and struggle. Drugs are everywhere, I mean everywhere. You’d be hard pressed to find a person who hasn’t

I’m based in dead-center rural red Pa. I’m a registered dem, but I feel more independent because I’m progressive. I have a wealth of information and knowledge that comes from living here. For example: parties don’t matter as much as authenticity does and career politicians don’t want to admit that.

On similar, but related note, I’m surprised the Amish aren’t taxed. Their buggies ruin roads and they aren’t as off-the-grid anymore. This applies to Pennsylvania, but other states may be different.

I feel there’s two problems with democrats saying this, 1. The country has never had a true politically progressive presidential candidate, which leads to, 2. They don’t know what actual progressive policies are because the both establishment democrats and republicans represent them incorrectly

How do you go about spotting them?
