Look at how much work the Court's abortion cases do here. The majority cites Dobbs to say that regulating a medical condition/procedure isn't sex discrimination, and another abortion case, Gonzales v. Carhart, to suggest that legislatures deserve discretion when there is scientific uncertainty.

law enforcement officials say they made a proactive check at Rep. Hortman's home after a lawmaker who lived nearby was shot and found a "police vehicle in the driveway with emergency lights and what appeared to be a police officer at the door coming out of the house." He was actually the gunman.

My very sweet rural 35k western WA town has a giant one of these monstrosities that I recently encountered while riding my bike. We need local folks on every board/ city council stopping this outrageous & frankly terrifying unchecked militarization - & investing in good stuff! Support Jenn!
