Thanks for sharing! My son is 7 and I’ve been struggling to find the right SF. He loves hearing about my SF stories and asks me every night at bedtime “what happened in your book”. I’m his favorite narrator and pretend I’m doing the audiobook (pre-read, work on character voices, etc). ✌️

Yes, I had to block her. Her response was toxic to what felt like an honest conversation on the podcast. A real progressive movement challenges power and doesn’t become what it claims to oppose. People are burned out with this two party shit show or foaming at the mouth for all the wrong reasons.

I agree and believe it’s role/team dependent. The broad application is what bothers me as an individual contributor. My in office days are filled with cross departmental Teams meetings…and I have to wear pants!

Agree on all points. My employer, without evidence, keeps pushing for more time back in the office. Primary reason given: “increase cross functional collaboration and performance”. Seeing my kids off to school and welcoming them home boosts my wellbeing more than 3 hrs in the car. And I perform!
