Finally got back to the gym for the first time since July 2024. August I had top surgery, and then my knee was messed up while we were moving. I don't know what arthritis in my knee means for leg presses, but it felt awesome to do chest exercises and rowing machine.

Finally got the hyaluronic acid knee injection today! No lidocaone which always just burns and doesn't numb. That meant the doctor needed to use saline to watch it go into my joint by ultrasound, normally they have the lidocaone for that 😬 using ice right now hoping I can drive tomorrow.
