It is statewide for any government property and public schools. As for the quality of reporting, that is a rather subjective view. I believe the article effectively stated where it applies. Again, subjective.

I believe the legal theory is that it can be implemented because it is the government limiting what is permitted at government owned and operated venues to a very small set of flags that don’t obviously endorse something like religion le.utah.gov/~2025/bills/...

Oh she could do a cross of electrical tape on one of the letters to self censor a bit. It would be funnier if it was a pair in the right spot for pasties and still worked, but I think she is a bit too well endowed for that placement. 😅

I think I accidentally had my camera on during a business meeting wearing one of those shirts. 😅 No one said anything beforei turned the camera off so I think I survived. 😂

Change can be good. Life shouldn’t be a single monotonous trudge of the same thing over and over. It’s the book of life with many chapters. Make them interesting. 🖤

Thanks for answering. My exposure in the commercial arena has been almost exclusively PAN and ancient Cisco. I want to run a WireGuard server at work, but I am certain I would need a HIP check to get approval.

When I looked at the RFCs today I walked away with the basic understanding that from server to client quotes were technically only required if there was a space or if following a later standard for storing data sets in TXT. I cut my teeth on DNS in the 90s & I think I have always seen replies in “”

I would too, but this is talking to the cloudflare API to set the RR. Cloudflare accepts the data and has a caution symbol on those records saying it will wrap them when serving to clients. The CF API docs don’t specify “ requirements. So more testing, but it’s a somewhat interesting “feature”.

With any luck we will see it torn out by the judicial branch. Then I will laugh if it qualifies as a breach of contract and the legislature has to catch blow back for it.

That is so weird to me. That seems like such an obvious thing in hindsight that all the commercial vendors should have jumped to implement it. But they haven’t and I don’t know why 🤷

Yeah, that is the thought. Is PaloAlto the only one that actually integrated HIP check in their client? I don't seem to see it with other things as much.
