CONCLAVE....All I'm going to say is the Pope played chess while everyone else was playing checkers. And because I feel M.Night Shyamalanized, I'm going to have to watch this again and look closely at EVERYTHING this specific individual did, said, etc. Very good movie.

The Warriors is a cult classic film about a NY street gang fighting their way thru the boroughs to get back to their home turf. It's a male dominated film, but attention should also be given to the female characters: the Lizzies, the DJ, & the scene stealing Mercy. It's definitely worth a watch.

While everyone was waiting for Mike Tyson to bite off Jake Paul's ear, I decided to watch a horror/comedy(?) movie called Fresh. Daisy Edgar-Jones & Sebastian Stan are so great in this movie. It's dark, disturbing, and crazy, but it's so good! 🚨WARNING🚨 DON'T EAT ANYTHING WHILE WATCHING THIS MOVIE

Ok, HBO/Max, you're starting to earn my trust again. Anyone who knows me knows I love the film #LikeWaterforChocolate. Forbidden love, family expectations, and most importantly, the magical, mystical way food is used to explore emotions. Now, it's a series on HBO Max. Will definitely check it out.

Not a film, but this series is absolute cinema. @mybrilliantfriend.bsky.social tells a complex story of female friendship over a 50+ year time period. The series is in Italian with English subtitles, but that just makes the series that much more authentic. It's definitely worth watching.
