Make sure you do stretches relavant to the area before you start and afterwards, just like a workout.
I back up what others have said about massage guns and the like, but there are also techniques to do the same without tools. I can send you if interested.

I remember this piece vividly. I have these 2 saved and I look at them occasionally. Something about the composition with the colours, clothes, of them especially together really inspires me.
