The people who wrote the first season of The Lincoln Lawyer seemed to have actually cracked the “writing an interesting and accurate (enough) voir dire scene” code.
It’s the only good example I’ve seen in film or TV.

Most useful CLE I have ever taken was YouTube video of a talk on how to more effectively use word. Best 1h tech credit ever.
I use info from that CLE every day.

For criminal, the first question I’d ask is when was the last time you were the first chair criminal defense lawyer in a jury trial? What is the most serious charge you’ve tried to verdict? Have you handled my specific charge before?

My wife insists on buying what I call bougie pop tarts (aka toaster strudels) instead of you know actual Pop-Tarts that are cheaper, tastier and don’t have to be kept frozen.

Can I get a link for your bath rig? I love that it has a grate to hold the food under the water instead of having to weigh the bag down from the bottom

Congratulations counsellor! You never forget your first.
Do your future self a favor and get a copy of the verdict form from the clerk, frame it and put it on your wall.

What if I told you the GM can write up a list of d20 rolls before the game, write it next to the PCs relevant modifiers and they’ll never know there was a check made…until it’s too late?

My client demands restitution in the form 4oz of cheese, no less than 10 min of energetic but not too vigorous cuddles, and an all expensive paid trip to the dog park.
