Red son, justice lords/anti universe versions, general zod, and the viltrumites are the main exceptions. Hell even then Omni man isn't even a full send of the evil superman concept, he's more like zod pretending to be superman and realizing too late he needed to just actually become super man

It's mostly a problem if concepts clash to much or if the heroes are so close together it makes no sense for them to not constantly interact Marvel has BOTH these problems with the mutants and a majority of their famous heroes being in New York.

It needs to end with both of them just revealing the dumbest shit possible about eachother that is super illegal and then they "hire some guys" at eachother

My backlog is big enough that I'm sitting this one tf out As badly as I like nintendo stuff I dont wanna consider myself part of the problem when 80 dollar games suddenly become the new standard in a few years...

You'd think this idea would be obvious to people and yet here we are I may badly wish for a new riders game but I wasnt under any pretension that a board was somehow gunna have it's own control style just because

Atleast people forgot about infinite People STILL gas up last of us and I will never understand it or why we needed a direct sequel
comment in response to post
It would also help if in certain parts of the world we didnt hire unhinged power trip prone weirdoes that might also fucking help

It's complicated for sure but as one of those types who wishes more big IP's were just public domain I'm mostly on the side that monetizing fan works should be fine enough in most cases Smaller stuff is where that question becomes complicated

Why tf do I keep missing the fun shit

I only got back onto that hell hole to sell some shit without some ebay fees and hit up a woman who 3d prints mini's for games... otherwise? The site ain't worth using...

I feel like bluesky is just gunna be inherently niche for abit Not everybody stayed during the mass exodus from twitter for whatever reason

Like we dont need to rush out franchises every year anymore nor do we need every game to be these super mega experiences that take nearly a decade to exist Espeacily when people are still getting over worked on the second one anyway
comment in response to post
It still feels like these problems are artificial Like yeah of course people dont want to pay more for less but they have the resources to make solid experiences for affordable costs at this point. There is a medium we can reach that the industry seems to refuse to do

There is something to said about being able to convince people to change But that shit ain't happening on a talk show literally ran by people who have a vested interest in not doing that. At best you could convince some random nobody and that's still a tall order
comment in response to post
It is genuinely frustrating how long games take to exist now. As horrid as games being made every year is, at the very fuckin least you knew the next one was coming There are people who never got to see some of the shit that's come out

For me it depends on context, when most people say it I dont mind But occasionally I'm like "..ew"
