I have never been in a room with a doctor (25+ at this point) who understands my condition better than me and the very first novel molecule to treat it is pre-human trials and over 10 years away from being available. My faith in "good modern medicine" is severely lacking.

Is there a circumstance or threshold that you would find acceptable? It's unclear to me whether you believe that disabled people should universally be forced to live in pain/indignity or if you believe there is a way to put this possibility in place but this bill doesn't cover that

2) This distinction is interesting to make conceptually but in practice, it assumes a level of comprehensive detail in feature specification that I don't think would be practical for any organisation to sustain. Without the specifier writing the code out, there's going to be interpretation decisions
