I'm thankful for a good disability community to learn from through the Socials. Also, I have several t-shirts I wear on high pain days that let everyone (including me) know I'm not going to fake it today 😄

Can relate. When we moved my husband from Boston to Mpls, we had to buy a cooler for all of his mustards and hot sauces. We even had to ask the landlord for a bigger fridge so we could have room for actual food. 😅

I really want to go, but I don't think my body is going to let me. The 21 was my bus! From the Uptown transit station to the LRT, the Snelling and University dip, even to DT StP. I rode the whole way. Slow AF, but super entertaining on any given day. One bus driver liked to sing the stop names 😄

Oh man I forgot about that. I remember the photo looked so chaotic, but he was just calmly walking out the door.

Physically I cannot even wave signs around. I will do what I can within my abilities and everyone should feel ok doing the same. Not all of us are warriors, but can still hold similar values. That often means donating money or time in other ways for some people, but it's still valid participation.

It was constantly looted, as well. I don't know how they managed it. 😆

Wow this is wild. Reminds me of the time they did it to my friend, who lived in a completely separated duplex in Prospect Park. Didn't even share a door at all. I wonder how common this "mistake" is how many duplexes are in this city.

Did you see the financial big wigs have created a SuperPAC JUST to be anti-Mamdani? They are worried 😆

Because reality is such a farce is got to be fiction. I'm going with the "we live in a simulation" crowd. 😅

Haha I love interacting with the other people in CoY's comments. Some of them are just the funniest and all they need is a prompt.

Looks to be near Audubon Park, worth taking a lil ride to see, eh? Then you can go to Chimborazo if it doesn't turn out. 😄

Hmm when I follow the trail it says "at capacity" and no longer shows details. That's honestly encouraging

I saw there was an "alternate" location in NE, so I wonder if there will be a few others. Idk about going to StP, it's such a long way to go and then a long way back via public transit. Guaranteed to be no parking. I'd definitely go to one in South Mpls!

I'm always amused by "Christopher Walkin couldn't be here tonight" because it's usually due to his refusal to fly anywhere.

Same same. I might mention something local because I'm on a few local feeds, but my job here is to be another regular person, sharing my life, garden, and kitties. But seriously, ACAB et al.

The burnt out husk of Minneapolis was just named one of the happiest places to live in the states!

If you live in Whittier neighborhood of Minneapolis near Franklin, and you're missing a shaggy gray kitty, I have your baby.

Wow, I do most of these every day! May I also suggest - take a nap is also a good day addition.

My brother and I were talking about just that. How random pallets of bricks suddenly showed up in hot zones, and everyone was like "that's bait."
