the fact that the conservative supreme court stood by the ban says a lot in my opinion. more details on the national security concerns should be made public.
(I emphasize conservative because they are more likely to focus on first amendment rights)

There's an app called watch duty that's pretty good for keeping track and staying updated. I sometimes have to cross reference it with Google maps to check exact addresses though
OC is ok for now. Saddleback already burned in the last year so it's less likely to burn again

yeah I think 2, 3, and 4 is good. have a tutorial round where the game teaches you the rules, but make it skippable for those who want #4 and provide #3 for those who regret #4 lol

all three options need to be available to every state. CA voted for all the time daylight time but it's not allowed by the federal govt.
some states will vote to keep switching. others will pick all the time standard time
this is one of those things that should very much be left to the states
