It’s the Equality Act 2010, not Equalities, and there’s a Gender Recognition Act 2004 but no Gender Equality Act in England. Otherwise all seems spot on

I think it was the same event where I stood at the next urinal to him. Like you we didn’t speak. Unlike you he didn’t sign anything

Yeah. Definitely not cheap. Depends on your tastes but there are a lot of really good LPs you can pick up in great condition 2nd hand. My local record shop has 2 for £5 sales. Mainly 70s and 80s when they were pressing loads of copies. You’ll wind collectors up calling them vinyls btw 🤣

In 10 years time when you’re bankrupt and your floorboards are buckling under the weight of your record collection you can reconsider whether you really want to thank me

The other option is to look second hand. You might find a bargain out there. Most turntables you find you’ll be able to google reviews and set up advice. Have fun

Avoid the all in one suitcase style turntables unless you’ll really only be using once in a blue moon. They have cheap and poorly balanced styluses so can damage records

If you’re UK I’d suggest getting into your nearest Richer Sounds. They’ll give you some advice and sell you something like an Audio-Technica LP60X for less than £150. You’ll need an amp too if you don’t already have one

Have fun. Don’t be late. They play 2 sets so no support act

You’re in for a great gig tonight. Saw them in Newcastle and loved every minute

How much are you looking to spend? Do you already have an amp and speakers? If so, does the amp have a phono input?

Just cos I’m following you doesn’t mean I’ll read your crap so keep saying whatever you like
