Sorensen answered this the other week on Sportsnet 650. Club felt they play best when they're in a rhythm, with weekend and mid-week games, and some of their poorest games have been after a week off. So, club decided to leave the Minnesota game in place rather than have it moved.

Not just this year, but always find it extremely frustrating when the B team gets sent out in these games and gets outworked. These are the players who should be trying to demonstrate they deserve more playing time and there's no excuse to get outworked.

I never worry about how "fans" vote because I know it's inherently skewed towards people voting for their home club and most people aren't watching a lot of games. The media members who voted otherwise have some explaining to do.

What if I told you some of this was happening? That high quality jobs tied in to renewable energy projects had been started in all sorts of rural areas, in (to pick a random colour) red areas? Except a government is currently pulling all the incentives for these projects & the jobs will soon be gone

I think a big difference between Robinson vs Sorensen is that Sorensen didn't single out the younger players as the reason they lost. Will always remember the away game vs NY where Robinson blamed the kids (surrounded by B squad, some out of position) for not being good enough.
