I don't even understand how this kind of stuff works. How do you buy something that immediately loses all it's value because the only people who make it work are gone? Why buy it then?

Also on win11 sometimes when I change system volume the recording just stops xd
Why? Why only sometimes? I don't understand it one bit

This is so true. Sooooo many games just kinda don't support it for some reason. Fiddling with window settings sometimes fixes the problem, but so many times I had the game that would change the resolution during some kind of cutscene or loading and shadow play suddenly blew up

And how will they even train the AI to mimic games that don't even exist? So far the only type of game they can create this way are the games they have shit loads of materials from (minecraft/ quake). But if you don't even have a game, then how do you train AI to create it?

I really wonder what is the end game for this.
Let's even say that the researchers will be able to create a somewhat decent game this way that will play like a real one.
How do you distribute this? Do you have a farm of super powerful graphics somewhere rendering stuff for people?

I wonder which RTX in the future will be able to render a 1080p without smearing.
SuperRTX 9090Ti Copium Edition?

17/ I'm both hyped for BL4 and very aware that gearbox can underdeliver at the beginning. Risk of Rain fiasco made me very sceptical. But I still look forward to try out BL4. For sure I won't preorder it. But will most likely buy it.

16/ But I also want some working stuff. At least some decent optimization and not some mushy frame generation to hit 60 fps. I want this game to work and not have bugs that make it tedious to do anything quickly.

15/ For BL4. I hope the devs will keep up the good work with creating unique stuff. I had a lot of fun finding various gun references in BL3. Things like shock rifle from Unreal Tournament. I want more creative stuff that always at least makes me smile at how absurd it can get.

14/ From laughing at Geralt of Trivia and his grumpyness to referencing the great "Escape from Monkey Island". Launcing anchors from a rocket launcher, and summoning giant tofu blocks. I think that these kinds of games always have space for at least one playthrough.

13/ That said. I still think that the game is solid for a one-time. I wouldn't spend too much time in the game have I knew how it's gonna be. But a single playthrough and side quests are good. The creativity of the people that created this game is out of this world.

12/ I was using companion build on one character and figuring out which Torgues spawn which type of companion is the biggest headache of them all. Some of them are counted as weapons. Some as spells. Some as nothing. Atrocious stuff.

11/ Trying to understand how in the world some of the weapons work with abilities was a nightmare. Seriously. How do you create a system that this unfriendly?

10/ Speaking of checking items. That also sucked when I was playing a DOT build. Switching between two different items doesn't properly refresh the DOT stats so I was left with the previous items stats. GL checking new items for an upgrade.

9/ Bank loads items forever. I have no idea how a bank in a game can load items for so long. If it's to prevent players from duplicating or something, seriously, create a system that is also responsive first. I don't want to deal with a menu that loads forever.

8/ But the biggest letdown for me was the bugs everywhere. My Lost & Found stopped working on all characters besides my second character. Nothing was going inside. Couldn't use it. So any loot dropped outside of the playable arena was gone forever.

7/ The magic versions of guns never really clicked for me. They felt a bit forced. They don't have the impact of a gun when they connect to the enemy. They never felt like they connected at all. Often I had no idea whether or not the gun hit the enemy or not.
