Just a thought I had while remember a convo I had with my friend who is pursuing their PhD. Every time I talk to him, he brings up an alternate path he never got to pursue.
If anything, the higher you climb up, the harder it gets to let that go for something else. Even if it’s better for you.

I think about how all of the changes in technology, especially the AI landscape, will impact people in restaurants.
At the end of the day, even the most tech-savvy chefs just want to cook and serve good food.
How can restaurant tech become a right-hand tool rather than a necessary evil?

Not to romanticize the industry. Because it isn't perfect.
But I've met some of the most outstanding people in the restaurant industry. No bullshit or frills type of people. Just pure love for what they do.
Even if it makes them want to pull their hair out sometimes.
