Minecraft with Nvidium.
See, Minecraft is flexible, so it's harder to batch vertex processing. Nvidium finally solves it by using mesh shaders, which can batch 32 vertexes at once programmatically in hardware, but there's little initiative to use mesh shaders. Also they don't exist on old hardware.

I want to draw a full body character, but it will require me selling my soul to a devil, so I will occasionally switch my practice between full body posing and hair and face shading, then I will render whole body with dress.
For this reason I avoid completely drawing characters altogether.

So, basically imagine if you really need to leak a gaming console and u really want to leak the look while not allowed to take a photo.
u'd look at the console, memorize it, then when your friend asks what the console looked like, u grab paper and sketch look out while pointing with ur index finger

How quickly can you make coherent poses of characters? I think it should be fine to make PowerPoint-like picture, but with an avatar pointing out something or showing somethind, like, "tadaaaa!" Or smth like that

I've heard that H.264 is still the best codec for pixel art, though I had more success with VP9 under low bitrate

What's crazier is that it can render a lot of big sprites zoomed in and out. No slouch of a tech compared to Super Scalers, even though they have more sprite bandwidth at 50MHz, more than Saturn's VDP1
System 24 (Scramble Spirit hardware) can render around 8 mil. sprite pixels per second, it varies
