We are all pawns of something greater: memes. Meaning I don't think that association is going away. At some point I think you're either gonna have to own it or use that name recognition to get people to associate you with something else?

I can still apologize for exposing you to the one I made. I'm contributing to the problem here too... We have a lot of shared interests, so I do recognize your name in comments a lot. But I have zero conception of what you do outside of that and being the butt of A press jokes

And so the universe was remade, without any parallel counterpars. Where an A press became just an A press, and never half. Where the number of quotation marks around "Henry" would be exactly one pair, no more, no less. And where no Super Mario 64 runner would ever dare question him again.

That's a fair way to go about it, didn't realize that due to the SV card frames used. While it's hard to find the actual Standard players in the feed I do think you'll have a better chance of making a strong impression if they'd look flashy by today's standards — a lot of us started in SV

Some balance thoughts (for all of them, including the Miraidon from earlier): - The damage and HP numbers should probably be adjusted to fall more in line with a modern 2-prize mon. - Ending your turn on play would make these unusable, unless there's a way around it like with the Mega spirit links

I like the Trainer's Pokémon angle here — after all, each Pokémon on Pasio is the partner of an iconic trainer.

These play with some interesting design space with regards to multiple types. The once per species restriction is also interesting, though I worry that would become annoying to track over a long tabletop game

(it's fantasy. if we can have bipedal dogs in the setting we can have rats that shoot thunderbolts. it's ok)

I (and I suspect most users) are not in the habit of joining random mysterious Discord servers. Why not post your work directly to Bluesky?
