Boss's boss told'em to tell us we couldn't talk while we worked. I made them bring me to them and point them out.
Their boss jokingly said, "uh oh, did I do something?"
I said dead faced, "I just wanted to be able to pick you out of a crowd," turned around and walked away.

Part of being an effective grifter is finding a mark that wants what you're saying to be true.
A large swath of voters just know something is wrong and are looking for someone to blame.
Trump wins by blaming the people they've been conditioned to believe are the source of all their problems.
