They were already biased. One time I literally cut and pasted a man's bullying, changed the gender and replied. I got banned and my comment remove. He didn't. I suspect he reported me but still!

My father worked in labor relations for a majority city. The FD created a test for those who wanted to be firefighters that involved candidates carrying a dead weight dummy up a three story ladder. Very few women were able to pass that test! But there are very few buildings with 3 sub basements. Hmm
