I'm so glad DOGE has updated the 9.9 million SSA records for people over 120 years old who are receiving $0 in SS payments to now say that they are dead. Of course, these dead people will continue to get $0 in monthly payments. Well worth the $8 Million of our tax dollars going to DOGE every day!

When you hear things like this, it becomes pretty clear that we are now a fascist country.

Yes, and then their stock prices fall, then the Trump family and friends buy those stocks, then Trump rescinds his tariff proposal, then the stock price goes up, and finally, the Trump Crime Family reaps the profits. We've seen this movie too many times to count now.

The most astounding thing I have learned over the last 8 years is almost no one in power has principles. Apparently, it is a myth they teach the young - I certainly fell for the lie. The truth is that cowardice and self-interest are the only north stars for the powerful.

@repricklarsen.bsky.social This is what I mean by 'house on fire'. Let's make sure we stomp this out!

I wish CNN would report it as administration caught illegally bypassing laws meant to protect America from foreign adversaries

It seems to me the house is on fire but you are focused on vandals breaking windows. Yes, please protect the windows... but maybe focus on the fire first?

Tesla earned 2.4 Billion Dollars in 2024 and paid $0 in taxes. But I'm a fraudster if I complain should the government skip my social security check next month.

The MAGAits would lose their minds if they had to take care of their parents or own children.

But even Trump is not so dumb as to deport millions of workers that his MAGAit followers depend on. Imagine the impact to food prices, restaurants, construction, hotels, and most critical of all - elder care and child care.

Don't worry, Trump and his cronies never really planned to deport immigrants. Oh, sure, there will be a few hundred people rounded up and paraded on television in a horrible Kabuki theater as proof he is following through on his campaign promises.

I'd vote for anyone who promises Medicare For All and Livable Wages For All. How about make those the main Democratic party platforms and sidestep the culture wars?

I have an idea, @murray.senate.gov , why don't you tell the workers to stay in their jobs and work with the governor to redirect Washington State federal taxes to pay the workers' salaries.

I am so tired of people telling me what I think. Are we ever going to have honest, respectful discussions again?

Just curious. Is Musk using foreign national engineers to access highly sensitive US data?
