update: it was a schoolmate. Apparently earlier this year when i logged to my nintendo account on one of the school PCs (to show something to my friends) i accidentally saved cookies and one of the guy in the school thought it can be a fun joke to save all the datas that ppl saved on those pcs (1/x)
