It was quite the journey, I was on the bus for an hour just to go 5 miles and it was so busy

We're so behind in the UK, the tools really aren't very good yet so we've not switched them on for general use.

I love how people are more concerned about the Facebook videos than the junkies threatening to smack the heads in of the other bus passengers

My sister was convinced my eldest niece (now 11) would be going to school in nappies but she came to it in her own time

Covid did close down my favourite sandwich shop 😢 Although now we've moved office it would be too far away anyway. I need to find a new favourite and stop just going to M&S

I would to a meeting with my own team but not anyone else. It doesn't really look professional enough for corporate law

I was in the office yesterday so wasn't so aware of the weather, apart from the icy rain that fell on Dalry Road at lunchtime as I walked to the Co-op

I was contemplating my coat

I have fleece lined leggings on today with a fleece blanket over my legs. Also have long sleeved thermal top under my hoodie. Normally that's enough but it's a particularly penetrating cold today. My lunchtime gardening only lasted 10 minutes 😂

Ugh, I need to renew mine this year and I don't want one like that

I bought vegan kievs recently, they were disgusting

Yes, they were. We admired them as we waited for our bus this evening

I've had a day of shopping for my parents yesterday and all day doing stuff for them today. I'm knackered
comment in response to post
No, not now.
comment in response to post
Oh god now. They can't write a shopping list anymore so I have to go there and do that anyway so I might as well go to the shop too

Ha ha. My sister has just told me that she didn't do my parents food shopping today. I'm already going to B&Q and Screwfix for them at the weekend. Now I need to go to Tesco as well. I'm on public transport she has my parents car. No long lie for me on Saturday

Snap, except can't remove jumper as only wearing a thermal vest underneath 😂

My sister and I aren't too far away but I work full time and she has young children. Working on getting them to accept a home help but it's not easy 🙄

The support is not always accessible either. Mum has dementia, her and dad are still living independently but he's blind and can't really access the support (apart from a 6 weekly support worker visit).

Poor quality is another maddening issue

Grrr, it's all so frustrating but I don't currently have time to learn to make my own clothes
