Elon Musk didn't come to the US on a H1B visa. He came on a J-1 student visa, failed to get a work visa, and worked in the country illegally. He claims to have later gotten a H1B visa without providing any proof. Like Melania Trump, he used money to make his history of illegal immigration go away.
